Instead of spending time and cash on actually creating and buying goods and crossing your fingers that people will buy them, with Backstory Prints, you can create a digital version of your products. And the cool thing is, you only shell out cash for fulfillment when you actually make a sale.
Yes! We currently offer Etsy and Shopify integrations. We will be offering Order Desk, WooCommerce, Ebay and Squarespace integrations shortly.
You can find shipping costs on each individual product page. Below is an overview of what you can expect to pay:
- T-shirts (within USA): $5.00 + $1.50 for each additional item.
- Hoodies (within USA): $8.00 + $2.50 for each additional item.
Yes! We ship worldwide.
We generally do try to ship all items in the same package. In some instances this may not be possible and will inform you if this is the case.
Our production time is between 1 - 3 working days. After this, your package will be shipped based on the shipping method you choose.
No - production and fulfillment will take between 1 - 3 business days. If you choose a faster shipping rate your order will be delivered to your customers faster based on the shipping service you select.
Yes, absolutely! Please contact us if you need to place a bulk order.
You will be able to edit your shipping addresses in the Backstory Prints app if the order has not been sent to production. If you need to change an address of an order that's already gone into production, please contact us.
If you have connected your stores to our app, tracking will automatically be sent to your store. However, if you need to find the tracking number separately, you can find it on your order page along with a copy of the shipping label.
The packaging does not include any branding - your customers will never know that their order was shipped from us. Shipping labels will include your store name in the return label followed by our address. We are able to use your address as the return address if needed.
