Do you offer integrations with Etsy or Shopify?

We currently do not offer integration with any marketplaces - HOWEVER, our developers are super busy working on this and we should have the feature up and running within a few weeks.

How much does shipping cost for Backstory Prints products?

You can find shipping costs on each individual product page. Below is an overview of what you can expect to pay:
T-shirts (within USA): $4.40 + $1.50 for each additional item. 

Hoodies (within USA): $7.90 + $2.50 for each additional item.  

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide! 

Do all items in orders always ship together?

We generally do try to ship all items in the same package. In some instances this may not be possible and will inform you if this is the case. 

How quickly are packages delivered?

Our production time is between 1 - 3 working days. After this, your package will be shipped based on the shipping method you choose. 

If I choose a faster shipping rate, will you fulfill my order faster too?

No - production and fulfillment will take between 1 - 3 business days. If you choose a faster shipping rate your order will be delivered to your customers faster however. 

Can I buy Backstory Prints products in bulk and stock them?

Yes, absolutely! Please contact us on helpme@backstoryprints.com if you need to place a bulk order. 

What if I entered the wrong address?

No issues - as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change it for you. Please reach our to us via chat or drop us a mail on helpme@backstoryprints.com for us to edit the address. 

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be available under 'My Orders' of your account. 

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. 


We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that your customer got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order. 


Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Does packaging include any branding?

Packaging does not include any branding - your customers will never know that their order was shipped from us. At a later stage we will add the option for you to add your own branding.
