You must submit any claims for misprinted, damaged or 'lost in transit' items within 4 weeks of the delivery date. Claims that are deemed an error on our part will be covered and replaced at our expense.

The return address on all shipments is set by default to Backstory Prints in Downtown Los Angeles. If we received a returned shipment, we will notify you immediately and await your instruction on how to proceed. If the Backstory Prints address is not used as the return address, any returned shipments will become your responsibility.
Wrong Address - If you and/or your end customer provide an incorrect address, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Returned by Customer - IWe do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.
