All products are made-to-order and enter production after payment is received and artwork is approved where applicable.
Estimated production timelines may vary depending on:

- Holidays or unforeseen delays
Typical production timelines:
- Standard Orders: 2–3 business days
- Large/Bulk Orders: Varies depending on quantity and complexity
- Rush Orders: Subject to availability and approval
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates (United States)
T-Shirts & Standard Apparel
- $6.50 for the first shirt/item
- $2.50 for each additional shirt/item
Hoodies & Sweatshirts
- $8.50 for the first hoodie or sweatshirt
- $3.00 for each additional hoodie or sweatshirt
Shipping rates may vary for oversized items, specialty products, or bulk shipments.
3. International Shipping Rates
International shipping starts at:
- $25.00 for the first item
- $3.50 for each additional item
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT charges
- Additional carrier or customs fees
Backstory Prints is not responsible for customs delays or import charges imposed by destination countries.

6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for eligible shipments once the order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress after dispatch.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Backstory Prints is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by customers
- Additional shipping charges caused by address corrections or reshipments
Returned packages may require additional postage before reshipment.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Backstory Prints is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered

- Theft occurring after delivery
We will assist customers with carrier claims where reasonably possible.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by Backstory Prints.

For fulfillment, wholesale, and white-label clients:

- Carrier delays do not constitute fulfillment failure
- Backstory Prints is not responsible for marketplace penalties, lost sales, or downstream business losses caused by carrier-related issues
